Abstract:
In response to the demands of the digital era in education, alongside the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology and structural changes in readers’needs, the digital-intelligent transformation of educational publishing institutions has become inevitable. This paper reviews existing research on the digital-intelligent transformation of educational publishing institutions. Taking the typical digital education product “Cidaren” as an entry point, from analyzes its product system and innovative practices, summarizes key experiences behind its market success, and further explores how educational publishing institutions should advance their transformation from “traditional publishers” to “smart education service providers.” This involves efforts across multiple dimensions, including resource restructuring, service reinvention, ecosystem rebuilding, and organizational revitalization, with the aim of providing insights for the digital-intelligent development of the industry.
