Abstract:
Cultural security is an important part of national security, and the publishing industry is a backbone force in safeguarding cultural security. Currently, artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the publishing field. While it empowers the publishing process in the links of creation, editing and reading and effectively promotes the development of the industry, it also harbors cultural security risks such as value deviation, infringement expansion and consensus dissolution. Therefore, it is necessary to construct an intelligent publishing risk prevention system based on the “feedforward control” concept: predict cultural value risks in the topic selection link, pre-screen content compliance risks in the creation link, conduct human-machine collaborative risk early warning in the review link, and implement algorithm-simulation-based risk pre-control in the distribution link. By doing so, we can consolidate the cultural security defense line in the publishing field, facilitate the high-quality development of the publishing industry, and serve the construction of a cultural power.
