      出版新质生产力的概念界定与核心要义基于马克思主义科技观视域的思考

      Definition and Core Essence of the Concept of New Quality Productive Forces in Publishing——Reflections from the Perspective of Marxist Views of Science and Technology

      • 摘要: 文章探讨出版新质生产力的概念界定与核心要义,以深化和完善新质生产力研究。文章在概述出版新质生产力整体研究成效的基础上,从语义逻辑、实践逻辑和理论阐释逻辑视角对出版新质生产力概念研究进行了梳理。引入马克思主义科技观,基于其科技生产力观、科技发展观、科技人本观和科技异化观,构建了包含“进化因素、核心要义、本质界定、核心标志、动力机制、目标指向、价值追求”七要素的出版新质生产力分析框架。从本体诠释、方法建构和价值确立三个维度重点论证了出版新质生产力的概念内涵与核心要义。在本体层面,明确了出版新质生产力的进化因素、核心要义、性质界定以及核心标志;在方法层面,揭示了培育和发展出版新质生产力的动力机制;在价值方面,确立了发展出版新质生产力的直接目标和最终价值追求。

         

        Abstract:
        Since General Secretary Xi Jinping first mentioned the term "new quality productive forces" during his inspection and research in Heilongjiang in September 2023, the publishing industry has conducted extensive research on the new quality productive forces in publishing and achieved fruitful results. However, the theoretical construction and systematic organization of related research still need to be further deepened, improved, and strengthened. Given that new quality productive forces are characterized by high technology, and technological innovation "is the core element in developing new-quality productive forces", this paper, based on a review of existing literature, attempts to deepen the analysis and argumentation of the important concept and core essence of "the connotation of new quality productive forces in publishing" from the perspective of Marxist views of science and technology.Research on the new quality productive forces in publishing has initially formed a multidimensional research landscape, primarily focusing on four aspects: functional value, labor object, laborer, and practical approach. It reveals the conceptual connotation of the new quality productive forces in publishing from the perspectives of semantic logic, practical logic, and theoretical interpretation logic.The Marxist views of science and technology represents the fundamental perspective of Marxism on the attributes, characteristics, essence, development laws of science and technology, as well as their role and status in social development. The main topics of the Marxist views of science and technology can be summarized into four aspects: the view of scientific and technological productivity, the view of scientific and technological development, the humanistic view of science and technology, and the view of scientific and technological alienation. Based on the Marxist views of science and technology, this paper constructs an analytical framework for the new quality productive forces in publishing, encompassing seven elements: evolutionary factors, core essence, essential definition, core indicators, dynamic mechanisms, goal orientation, and value pursuit. The paper focuses on demonstrating the conceptual connotation and core essence of the new quality productive forces in publishing from three dimensions: ontological interpretation, methodological construction, and value setting.The new quality productive forces in publishing are novel productive forces formed by the revolutionary breakthroughs in digital and intelligent technology, innovative allocation of data elements, and the deep transformation of the publishing industry. The new quality productive forces in publishing is based on the qualitative change of laborers, labor materials, labor objects, and their optimized combination. It is characterized by a significant increase in total factor productivity and possesses prominent features of high technology, high efficiency, and high quality. Its essence embodies advanced productivity. The new quality productive forces in publishing take innovation as the fundamental driving mechanism, aims at high-quality development of publishing, and pursues the value of meeting people's beautiful spiritual and cultural needs and enhancing people's spiritual strength. This definition clarifies the evolutionary factors, core essence, nature definition, and core hallmark of the new quality productive forces in publishing at the ontological level; reveals the dynamic mechanism for cultivating and developing the new quality productive forces in publishing at the methodological level; and establishes the direct goal and ultimate value pursuit of developing the new quality productive forces in publishing in terms of value.
