      数字教材出版:价值定位、瓶颈分析与实践进路

      Digital Textbook Publishing: Value Positioning, Bottleneck Analysis, and Practical Approaches

      • 摘要: 探讨数字教材出版的价值定位、建设瓶颈和实践进路,以助力教育革新,赋能出版产业转型升级。文章对数字教材出版进行三维价值定位,分析数字教材出版面临的发展瓶颈,具体包括:审核困难引起的网络意识形态安全问题、技术过度嵌入引起的版权侵权和隐私泄露问题,以及盲目跟风导致的内容同质化、模式单一化和融合创新不足问题。提出中国特色数字教材出版的实践进路:坚持教材建设国家事权的基本遵循,完善数字教材出版的法律政策体系;建立健全数字教材出版标准体系,强化数字教材建设过程标准化;长效培育教材建设人才梯队,创新数字教材建设的技术应用;推动话语体系和知识体系的深层变革,加快推进方法论和跨学科综合研究。

         

        Abstract:
        With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology, digital textbooks have emerged. With the aid of the modern information technology, text content and multimodal digital resources are now deeply integrated. In the face of the requirements of the Party and the state to promote the digitalization strategy of education and strengthen the management of textbook construction, this paper focuses on the value positioning, construction bottlenecks, and practical approaches of digital textbook publishing, aiming to provide reference and inspiration for promoting educational reform and empowering the transformation and upgrading of the publishing industry.
        The research process is mainly divided into three parts. Firstly, the three-dimensional value positioning of digital textbook publishing in upholding state authority, promoting educational reform, and facilitating publishing transformation is analyzed. Secondly, based on the review of the existing relevant literature, combined with practical analysis, the current development bottlenecks faced by digital textbook publishing are analyzed. Finally, in response to the existing problems, the practical approaches are proposed in four aspects: legal, standard, technical, and methodological aspects.
        Research finds that the challenges of ideological security, technology, copyright, and user data protection, as well as the dilemma of singularity, are the three major bottlenecks that constrain the high-quality development of digital textbook publishing. The test of network ideological security is manifested by the lag of network link review and the strong fluidity of content, which brings new challenges to content security review. The mainstream value oriented review of user generated content on digital textbook platforms needs to be further strengthened. The insufficient discernment ability of underage users has raised higher requirements for the technical protection functions of digital textbook publishing platforms. The issues of technology, copyright, and user data protection are manifested as follows. The excessive pursuit of technology implantation can easily lead to the "technology shining syndrome"; the misuse of technology may lead to complex copyright infringement issues; the improper protection of user data can easily lead to privacy breaches. The dilemma of singularity is manifested as follows. Different publishing institutions imitate each other, giving rise to a large number of "seemingly different, but actually identical" digital textbooks; there is a problem of singularity in the development mode of digital textbooks; the organic integration of the knowledge system of digital textbooks and digital presentation needs to be further strengthened.
        Research proposes a practical approach for the publication of digital textbooks with Chinese characteristics. In terms of top-level design, adhere to the basic principle of national authority in textbook construction, and improve the legal and policy system for digital textbook publication; in terms of standards and regulations, establish and improve a standard system for publishing digital textbooks, and strengthen the standardization of the process of digital textbook construction; in terms of main support, cultivate a long-term talent pool for textbook construction, and innovate the technological application of digital textbook construction; in terms of theoretical cores, promote the deep transformation of the discourse system and the knowledge system, and accelerate the advancement of methodology and interdisciplinary comprehensive research.
